with Ramel Rones
Next date TBA

Each day millions of people worldwide practice Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan, which has been known for centuries to promote deep relaxation, and excellent health, to prevent injuries and illnesses, and to improve martial skills. Practicing Chi Kung or Tai Chi not only contributes to better health but also leads to longevity and illness prevention.

Chi Kung and Tai Chi has steadily become a popular form of mind/body exercise as more and more people in the west discover the rich rewards of living in a holistic way. Chi Kung and Tai Chi are a journey through the mind, the body, and the spirit, that can be practiced by everyone. Increasingly, you can see people practicing in the park – moving slowly in a meditative state.

But, what will this seminar give you?

This seminar clearly introduces the principles of both Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan which will strengthen your immune system, from a modern and unique perspective. This seminar will teach you to fine-tune your mind/body skills and create balance among them. For the intermediate and advanced practitioner, it includes important directions and instructions, that will help you improve and expand your knowledge of the mind/body connection.  In the end, you will understand and experience the ultimate goal of Chi Kung and Tai Chi:

Understand the 5 building blocks and their connection to your immune system

• Develop symmetry and balance between strength and flexibility

• Improve circulation of blood and qi (or “chi”) energy

Tai Chi Ball Training

Ball training is considered by many Taiji masters, to be an essential training tool for the serious practitioner, as well as for beginners, who want to progress faster with their practice. With the practice of just a few of the ball patterns, the student will gain proficiency in many aspects of their Taijiquan.

Paul Mahoney has more experience with the wooden training ball, than most Taiji instructors in America.
Paul has long been fascinated with the ball training. He taught himself, how to make these balls, more than a decade ago, and is now the leading manufacturer, and supplier of these balls in the world.
Balls are available to purchase or borrow.
