    Teen Yoga for Girls

    with Tara LaPointe

Tara LaPointe leads this practical continuous flow yoga class as a way to help guide each participant toward becoming more compassionate with themselves and their bodies.

As we learn how to manage stress through mindful stretching, deep relaxation and breathing techniques we begin to shift our habitual, often destructive ways of coping toward a natural and more constructive pattern.

Our yoga practice together promises to strengthen each individual's skill. In addition, every class will offer an affirming and nourishing template empowering the value of our sharing an intentionally self-caring approach as a practice within a community context.
