Staying healthy means a lot more to teens these days as they experience more academic and social pressure and stress in their every day lives.  Getting more exercise and managing stress can bring them the balance and peace needed to help make sense of it all.

This yoga class will bring a mindful hour of breathing, stretching, laughing and relaxing: a perfect and necessary complement to a teen’s busy life.  Yoga can give your teen the tools to help  manage stress, enhance concentration, build confidence and develop core strength through self discovery. They may also connect to yoga’s inner focus as a spiritual experience. Imagine… the possibilities…
